The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The bed was big and comfortable and the shower was huge, separated from the rest of the bathroom, and had great water pressure.

I stayed for a little over a month, and it was a great experience. The apartment was in a great location for me, and it is a very short walk from the trams and metro. This is not in a very touristy area, so speaking a little Hungarian can be helpful but not absolutely necessary. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had and were very welcoming. My only suggestion would be to get a microwave, as the kitchen is not ideal for cooking.

The apartment is part of the modern Nový Cejl residential complex - very cozy and well-equipped. The landlord provides all the essentials: kitchen utensils, stove, fridge, washing machine, microwave, vacuum cleaner, and many other small things. The move-in was quick and smooth. The landlord was very responsive and even helped me resolve some issues with Flatio docs, which required extra effort on his part - really appreciated that. Great value for the location, just minutes from the city center. Highly recommend!

Whenever needed, we worked together as a united team. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and quiet, located in a central and charming area of the city, with pleasant neighbors. Super kind but also very discreet host, while I was staying I didn't notice the host's presence at all. The location is a dream, with a lot of peace and an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean and Cristo Rei. You can only hear the birdsong in the background. If you want to feel like you are merging with nature, this is the ideal place. The apartment has 2 bedrooms plus a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a huge terrace and is equipped with absolutely all the necessary utilities (TV, induction hob, oven, washing machine, high-speed wi-fi internet, vertical iron, cooking grill, hairdryer, etc.). I even had an espresso machine with beans that makes some extremely good coffee. In addition, the location has a free parking space. Nearby you have attractions such as Cristo Rei, Praia do Garajau, restaurants and supermarkets such as Pingo Doce or Continente. If you are looking for a super quiet place with an absolutely stunning view, this is the perfect place. I highly recommend and I will definitely come back.

Cristiano is an amazing host and the apartment y great. It has an excellent location, the space has a great distribution, has everything you need, regarding of places to visit and inside of the apartment too! Totally recommend this place and Cristiano for your stay at Porto.

The apartment is exactly as described (if not even better): modern, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything I needed. It felt comfortable right away and truly like a home away from home.

The location is great as well, quiet but still very convenient to explore Villasimius at a relaxed pace.

The house was big enough for four people, it was clean and in a great location. It was hard to find the lockbox with the key at first, but once found everything went smoothly. I would recommend this space.

Доброго дня! Що хочу сказати про житло, все просто супер. У квартирі є абсолютно все. Дуже хороші та чуйні господарі. Можливо вирішити будь-яке питання. Розташування відмінне в п'яти хвилинах автобусна зупинка. Дві хвилини магазин. Поруч невеликий ресторан. Господарі при заселенні все розкажуть все покажуть.Дякую велике .РЕКОМЕНДУЮ)))

Juan was very kind and helpful and this apartment is the perfect place to stay in Las Palmas. You are very close to the beach, mall, and bus stops. The apartment is spacious and quiet. The building has nice amenities like a gym and pool. We would definitely stay again!

Luis is a lovely and sweet host, tidy and respectful. The flat is clean. cozy and well kept, in a central yet quiet and safe location. I really enjoyed my stay in the guest room at Luis’s flat and can warmly recommend it.

No issues or problems with the property or the owner. Everything was great and was a great location for seeing the city. They're nearby restaurants, theaters and public transportation is only a 5-minute walk. Super market is almost directly across the street. Cafe/ Wine bar is also there. The only downside is if you have bad knees or back the stairs are a little steep inside the flat but if you don't they are fine. Easy check it, easy check out. I would recommend this apartment for anyone who wants a great location to see the city or live here long term. It's clean, updated and good to go.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência ao ficar no apartamento da Sofia e do Emilio. Desde o início, a comunicação foi clara e muito simpática, o que tornou todo o processo fácil.

O apartamento estava limpo, bem cuidado e equipado com tudo o necessário para uma estadia confortável. A zona é excelente: tranquila, segura e bem localizada, com fácil acesso a transportes, lojas e restaurantes, o que facilitou muito a nossa estadia.

No geral, passámos dias muito agradáveis, sem qualquer inconveniente. Recomendamos sem dúvida e voltaríamos a ficar aqui.

The house is in an excellent location if you want to be close to old town and Praia dos Pescadores. It’s a newly renovated home with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms have modern showers. The kitchen area is large with modern hob and refrigerator. Unfortunately, the only negative is the WiFi only worked well in the living room. Occasionally, it worked in the kitchen. The WiFi did not work upstairs where the bedrooms are and two balconies.
