This studio has been perfect during my stay in Berlin. When I started my stay, there was beign istalled the elevator so it has been available for use since the past month onwards. The studio has perfect space for one person or even for two. The bed it is really comfortable and easy to open and close so you can choose to have more space during the day and close it. The terraze has amazing views and opening the terraze doors really helps to ventilate the studio since there is not really well ventilation in the building. The bathroom has a really nice size and big mirror. In the bathroom there is one sound coming from the wall that is probably because of pipes issue but not so loud so you can only hear it in the bathroom. At the entrance there is a big shelf where you can put your clothes and in the floor some shoes. The kitchen has all kind of utensills so you can perfectly cook. There is also a soft shutter in the window so you can lower it down to block a little sunlight whenever you want. When you enter the host shows you the studio and answers any questions you may have at the start and during your stay. Really nice studio and also the owner, I would deffinetly recommend :)!

The rented home was very clean as we entered the first time. The owner left plenty of linens for us along with coffee, jam & various snacks for us.

Superb! Beautiful! A Modern Gem! We stayed at Kuća Za Odmor from December to March 2025 for a long-term getaway, and it more than fulfilled our dream of living in Croatia. The home is stunning—beautifully decorated with designer touches, soaring ceilings, and a sleek heating and cooling system. The views are breathtaking, and every amenity we could have hoped for was provided. The space is perfect for a large family, with a spacious, light-filled living room that opens up to the outdoors through glass doors—blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living. Just steps away is a gorgeous, large pool and a fully equipped outdoor BBQ and dining area. The kitchen is a dream—modern, roomy, with an island and dining area, also opening to the pool area. The four bedrooms are all generous in size, each with a TV and large closets. The master suite features a huge furnished balcony with stunning sea views. We also loved the oversized bathrooms (a rare treat in Europe) and the very practical full laundry room. The outdoor space is private, secure, and pet-friendly, with a fenced yard and private parking. Our dog loved the freedom to roam, and we felt completely at home. Our hosts were exceptional—quick to respond, helpful, and full of great recommendations for tours, restaurants, and local experiences. Communication was seamless from start to finish. Kuća Za Odmor truly surpassed our expectations. We can’t recommend it enough!

Our family lives in Lisbon, so we travelled there for a month to visit. Joao was a wonderful and warm host who responded to our every question and need during our extended stay. Our hope is to stay with Joao in this flat again next year for two months. The flat is perfect for us and a rare gem in a beautiful and quiet setting.

I had a wonderful experience renting this apartment during my Erasmus stay. The landlord was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay — communication was always quick and easy. The apartment itself was perfect: very well located, clean, fully equipped, and everything worked exactly as expected. The listing description was 100% accurate, and I felt comfortable and safe during my entire stay. I truly appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process, as well as the owner's availability in case of any questions. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant rental experience!

In very good condition and location!

We stayed nearly a month in Marianna's beautifully decorated, well equipped, conveniently located and exceptionally clean apartment. Her newly constructed apartment exceeded our every expectation. We particularly appreciated the flawless high-speed internet, which was essential for our work, the whisper-quiet soundproofing that ensured peaceful nights, the incredibly comfortable bed that offered a perfect rest, and the luxurious shower which was a great start to each day. The AC/heating, washer, and coffee machine also contributed significantly to a wonderfully comfortable and stress-free working holiday. You truly thought of every detail to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. We feel incredibly fortunate to have stayed in your apartment for our first visit to Porto. Michaela was really kind and helpful. The apartment is really big and comfortable, it was spotless when we checked in and the location is great! It's right next to Petrin park and a walking distance from the center. The wifi was great for 2 people who worked from home.

Diogo's flat was gorgeous! Beautiful furnishing, stocked kitchen, central location. The highlight is the sunny & spacious terrace where we ate most of our meals. Diogo was also very prompt with communication and let us check in early, which we appreciated. Would recommend! Note that the upper level of the apartment has quite a low roof, and you can't stand in one of the bedrooms. This didn't bother us too much, but it could be frustrating for someone who is less mobile.

Really convenient location, the apartment is fairly large, has one north-side and one south-side window so it's not that hot in summer. The desk is really useful if you work remotely, and there's an elevator in the building.

A lovely clean comfortable apartment with great bed for sleeping on the top floor with no neighbour above or next to you so always very quiet night and day on a courtyard with neighbours you never hear. it is in a quiet residential neighborhood but only 3 blocks walk from busses, trams, trains and major shopping mall. as well as numerous restaurants and food stores. The owners were very charming, attentive and helpful.

We had such a wonderful stay at João’s place. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated with care and thoughtfulness, and has a warm, welcoming energy that made us feel instantly at home. It's the perfect balance of stylish and comfortable. The neighborhood is ideal, perfectly situated within walking distance to everything you might need or want to explore, yet the street itself is peaceful and quiet, allowing for restful nights and relaxed mornings. João is an incredibly kind and accommodating host, always responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. It’s clear he truly cares about his guests’ experience. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication with the hostess during the trip. Keys were handed over in person at the agreed time at the entrance, the apartment was shown and the facilities described. The apartment is in a historic building in a quiet location, very well equipped, with a balcony facing the courtyard, so nothing disturbs your stay. I would love to return there sometime. On departure, we agreed on the time for handing over the apartment a day in advance, and everything went exactly as agreed.

I had a great experience staying at Ekaterina’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—everything was new, well-equipped, and fully functioning. It’s also in a great location, close to supermarkets and public transport, which made everything super convenient. Ekaterina was a very kind, attentive, and helpful host. I stayed for one month in May/June. Great location. A 10-minute walk to everything you need. Klara was easy to deal with. Check-in / out was very easy. She always responded quickly to inquiries. Very professional. The apartment was presented as advertised. Very clean and tidy. Always hot water whenever you needed it. There is a very good heat / air conditioning unit. The apartment gets lots of daylight and sunshine! Good location on a busy main street, but with the soundproof windows closed, it was very quiet inside. Always a good quiet sleep. Plenty of linens and blankets provided. There is an in-suite washing machine for convenience, and a drying rack and ironing board - but I was surprised there was no iron which would be helpful for long stays. The kitchen had most of the basics items for a long stay, including an oven, if you wanted to prepare some daily meals in the apartment. Note, there is no toaster or microwave which would be helpful for long stays. The other residents in the building were friendly and the building is well maintained by the building manager. As a tour manager, I stay in many rentals each year - this my my best experience.
