It was my first time using Flatio. I liked it but the service fee is way too high making the booking not really a true deal as I easily find other deals on Airbnb for lower money on monthly stays. Which is also the reason i booked my next montlhy stay on airbnb, it was way cheaper. Also not sure why I should pay 100+ euro in fees as you don't truly do anything besides supplying the platform so not sure why it should cost that much. It doesn't matter to me but I find the prices on Airbnb more attractive taking this service fee in account and for my next stay it lead me there.

Please improve payment methods and add live chat instead of lengthy email threads. Basic functionality is fine, no support on weekends

Must have a security deposit, even when we rent the apartment for less than 3 months. we had some issues with the last renting.. some damages and the cleaning was not done at all.
