I like that communication with the landlord is very fast and secure through Flatio. Whenever there is a modification to the contract, it is easy to notice and update. The Flatio team was also attentive, reliable, and helpful throughout the process.

For shorter stays, the commision is relatively high, so it is an obstacle for potential tenants. Perhaps there should be an option for tenants not to pay the complete commision at ones, but in installments.

It was super easy to find a furnished flat. Sadly, the first landlord I messaged never answered, but I think the experience was good nonetheless. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a flat during Erasmus.
