This beach apartment is located on the ground floor of a premium new build condominium building, which has a communal pool (open during the summer months, without lifeguard).

It features two bedrooms, one full bathroom with shower, a half bathroom and a nice sunny terrace.

The Master bedroom features a comfy double bed of 150 cm x 190 cm and the second bedroom a trundle bed (two single beds of 90 cm x 190 cm each) to ensure a good night's rest. Both of them are nicely decorated with attention to details and have built-in wardrobes with enough room for clothes and luggage.

From the hallway, you access both, the main bathroom with shower, and another half bathroom.

The kitchen and dining area is bright, with a dining area with a modern table and 4 comfortable chairs, and a lounge area with a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a SMART TV.

From here you can access a pleasant private terrace equipped with a table and 4 chairs, and a comfy outdoor 5-seater sofa and two sun umbrellas to get shade during the hotter hours.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you may need to prepare a quick meal: kitchen utensils, dishes, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, kettle and toaster. You will also find a washing machine.

Clean bed linen and towels are provided. Towels are for exclusive use in the apartment. If you plan to go to the beach, please kindly bring your own beach towels, or you can easily buy them in the beach area.

The high-speed internet connection (300 MB Fiber Optic) will allow you to stay connected during your stay.

Other important aspects:- SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY: Stays longer than 10 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, subject to the signing of a seasonal lease agreement, with no tourist, vacation, or leisure purpose, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU).

- For stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit. In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24–26 ºC in summer and 19–21 ºC in winter.

- The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.
