Equipped with a foldable sofa bed, a table with 2 chairs, coffee table, 2 big wardrobes, a kitchen annex equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, and all necessary utensils, like plates, cuttlery, a pot, a frying pan etc.

It takes only 20 minutes to get to the Warsaw's centre with a bus or a tram but you live near a nature reserve, places to ride a bike, skateboard, exercise outdoors in a calm and quiet area - with kind and polite neighbours in this all privately owned building.
Apartment located on a 2nd floor. The building has an elevator, laundry room with laundry machines, parking for cars and bicycles. There are also storage rooms available.

The price includes internet. Our tenants may spend time in the building's garden (in the back of the house) equipped with tables and chairs for your comfort.

It is possible to rent additional storage space in the building's basement, a place for a bicycle or car parking place.
