The flat has plenty of natural light and everything you need for a very comfortable and happy stay. Remote work is seamless with high-speed Wi-Fi (425 Mbps) and a dedicated office chair. You can even work from the small charming balcony, enjoy a morning coffee in the sun, or relax with a drink after a busy day exploring Lisbon. Lapa/Estrela is a very central and quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of many of the city’s most iconic places to visit—Estrela Basilica and Park, the Ancient Art Museum, restaurants, designer shops, cafes, and nightlife spots. It is also well-connected by public transport, including the famous 28 tram, taking you to Chiado and Bairro Alto with ease!

I couldn’t recommend Rui or his lovely flat enough. What a lovely place. Perfect location, beautiful view, extremely well equipped apartment, spacious lovely balcony, excellent area with incredible restaurants and very close to everywhere in Lisbon you’d want to go. We worked remotely and the internet was perfect, the home is very nicely decorated and feels much like a home away from home.
Rui’s communication was second to none, he sent us lists of recommended restaurants, beaches, coffee shops and days out. When we had minor repairs needing he would send someone to come and sort it within a few hours. He could not have been more helpful or fast on responding.
We had a brilliant six week stay and we will be back for sure!

The Estrela River View Flat is an amazing home away from home. You feel like you're part of the community nestled in the apartment overlooking the beautiful Tagus River Bay, and if you don't you soon will be. Rui was an incredibly accommodating host, answering my every question quicker than I could respond. He offers you a list of small cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and points of interest within walking distance to the flat. Super helpful as it was my first time in Lisboa and knew absolutely no one! Be prepared to get your steps in walking up the hill to the flat, but the walk is so worth it. You can't beat the invigorating ~10 minute walk through Rua Dom Luis to the Cais do Sodre area and ~15 minute walk to Bairro Alto.

Ako otkažete svoju rezervaciju 14 dana ili više prije dana useljenja, dobit ćete povrat cijelog prvog najma.
Ako otkažete svoju rezervaciju do 7 dana prije dana useljenja, dobit ćete povrat polovice prvog najma.
Ako otkažete svoju rezervaciju manje od 6 dana prije dana useljenja, nećete dobiti povrat prvog najma.
Naknada za uslugu
Naknada za uslugu je uvijek povratna.
Ako pošaljete porukuFlatio timu za podršku tražeći otkazivanje rezervacije ("raskid od datuma početka") unutar 48 sati nakon što ugovor o najmu postane važeći, imate pravo dobiti natrag sav novac koji ste platili za naknadu za uslugu.
Nakon 48 sati imate pravo na povrat naknade za uslugu u obliku "vouchera" jednakog iznosu plaćene naknade za uslugu. Voucher se može iskoristiti za vašu sljedeću rezervaciju i vrijedi 12 mjeseci. Ako je naknada za uslugu za vašu sljedeću rezervaciju niža od iznosa vouchera, izdat ćemo vam novi voucher za preostali iznos, koji vrijedi 12 mjeseci.

Such a fantastic stay for my one month trip to Lisbon. I worked from Lisbon, mostly from the flat, during my stay. Internet was great - even from the balcony! Rui is incredibly communicative and on top of things.
The neighborhood is quiet and more residential, which was perfect for what I was looking for. There are some good restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The views from the balcony are 10/10. If you're looking to stay in Lisbon, look no further!

Rui’s communication was second to none, he sent us lists of recommended restaurants, beaches, coffee shops and days out. When we had minor repairs needing he would send someone to come and sort it within a few hours. He could not have been more helpful or fast on responding.
We had a brilliant six week stay and we will be back for sure!

The Estrela River View Flat is an amazing home away from home. You feel like you're part of the community nestled in the apartment overlooking the beautiful Tagus River Bay, and if you don't you soon will be. Rui was an incredibly accommodating host, answering my every question quicker than I could respond. He offers you a list of small cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and points of interest within walking distance to the flat. Super helpful as it was my first time in Lisboa and knew absolutely no one! Be prepared to get your steps in walking up the hill to the flat, but the walk is so worth it. I'll be ringing Rui to see if his place is open for rent VERY soon! Thanks!

You can't beat the invigorating ~10 minute walk through Rua Dom Luis to the Cais do Sodre area and ~15 minute walk to Bairro Alto.
