This has been the worst stay ever. Firstly, the apt is super noisy. Its very near the main train station (Campanha) and the bedroom is right above the main road which means you hear all the traffic super loudly in the flat, so much that you cant even open the windows as you cant hear anything, let alone sleep properly. Secondly, there is barely any storage in the flat, the landlord left one set of towels for my 18 nights stay, half a toilet roll, and one bedding. This would be ok if there was a washing machine in the flat, but when i asked for the second set he told me to go and use the laundrymat nearby, which I refused so only then he sent his cousing to bring extra bedsheets and towels. Then, the building key was dodgy and didnt work properly which put me in a very uncomfrortable situation right before my meeting that i couldnt enter the building. After that he gave me a code for the building so the whole thing could have been prevented. Then came the electricity problems, one whole day i had continuous cuts both water and electricity, which was the building wide fault. Again massive inconvenience for me and my work. For that he originally agreed to pay a refund of 15% which then he decided to condition if only if i pay 30 eur for a small carpet damage that accidentally happened during my stay. I agreed to pay this but the 15% he stilll hasnt paid back and is continuing to be problematic about it. I never had such bad experience with any landlord so far.

The flat was an awesome place to chill while exploring beautiful Porto, and Paulo was a great hot, very flexible and accommodating. I loved my stay! Highly recommended!

All good! Really enjoyed my time here. Being so close to the rail station was awesome for going places outside the city. There are cafes, bars and restaurants in short walking distance. Even a supermarket within 10 minutes!

Communication with Paulo was excellent! He was very responsive and helpful with everything that was needed.
The apartment is small and very nice.
The location is very comfortable being close to campanha train station where you can take the bus, train, metro to basically anywhere in Portugal.
Being located on a main street it can get very noisy and loud but there are dubble glazed windows to help block that noise.
If you are someone who needs a very quiet enviroment for work purposes or in general maybe the location of this apartment won't suit you, however, if your looking for a place in a nice building, in very good conditions and close to everything you'll need and want (public transportation, supermarket, cafe's, restaurant, short driving distance to anywhere in the city, walking distance to city center) this place will be a very good choice for you.
