Please keep in mind that your booking is for one SINGLE BED ONLY. This is a shared dormitory room, not a private room. To help us arrange the space, please let us know your gender when you book. Additionally, if you have any specific needs—such as bringing a pet or requiring a parking space—please inform us in advance. Without prior notice, we may not be able to accommodate these requests upon arrival.

We are located just a 12-minute walk from the station. On weekdays, you are more than welcome to join us for breakfast! We also provide daily care services, including laundry, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

🏨 Welcome to "Atashinchi Share House"
Thank you so much for staying with us! We are a family of four 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 living right here in Sapporo, Hokkaido.
This is a dormitory room shared with the owners. You live with us on the 3rd floor, the 2nd floor is a common area. There are two restrooms in the house.
We operate via Self Check-in. There is no front desk. Upon arrival, you may enter freely through the 1st-floor door; there is no need to ring the intercom.
Please be sure to read the "House Rules." If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via email or social media.

🏠 Facility Information
Our home is a south-facing, 3-story detached house.
* 1st Floor: Other guest rooms. Parking (for 2 standard-sized cars) is available in front of the entrance.
* Luggage Storage: You may leave your bags under the calendar in the hallway.
* Sports Equipment: We also offer sports gear rentals.
* 2nd Floor: Common area (Restroom, Living Room, Bathroom, Kitchen, Balcony).
* Mini-bar: Coffee and water are free.
* Ice: Feel free to use the ice in the refrigerator.
* 3rd Floor: Your bed and owner’s private residence.

🚉 Access (Direct access to Sapporo and Odori Stations)
* 🚇 Subway: Approx. 950m (12-min walk) to Shindo-higashi Station.
* 🚌 Bus: Approx. 350m (5-min walk) to "Kita 37-jo Higashi 8-chome" bus stop.

⚠️ House Rules
* ✅ No shoes inside. Please change into slippers at the entrance. Place your shoes in the designated shoe box above or below the goldfish ornament.
* 🚭 No smoking indoors. If you smoke, please use the balcony (and kindly dispose of your cigarette butts).
* 📦 Handle luggage with care when using the stairs to avoid hitting the walls or railings.
* 🍽️ No smoking or strong-smelling food in guest rooms. Please use the 2nd-floor dining area for meals.
* 🔇 This is a wooden structure, so sound travels easily. We provide earplugs for your comfort—please feel free to use them.

* 🛁 Bathtub Use: Requires advance reservation. An unreserved use will result in a 1,000 JPY charge.
