This place is located close to the tourist landmarks, which makes it easy for tourists to take full advantage of easy access and have an adventure. The owner is quite helpful and kind. Overall, the apartment is highly recommended.

Apartment is very nice, equiped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Marta is a great host and I can highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for the accomodation in Lisbon.

I stayed here for a month. The apartment has absolutely everything you need, it's a very good deal, and Marta was the most incredible manager -- very responsive and helpful in case anything went wrong. The neighborhood is very central and easy walking distance to a lot of attractions. The only downside is that there is only one window and it is on the ground floor.

It feels very old-school Lisbon, but very close to a lot of tourism. The street has a lot of older families. Dense streets and a lot of hills.

The apartment is in a small street,no trafic noises. The buses, tram is near, there are shops, restaurant,a big mall in 100 meters

The accommodation was exactly as described. The photos fully correspond to the condition found. At certain moments there was noise from the apartment above, but nothing unbearable. Everything else was without a single word of complaint. Communication with Marta was good and she helped us with some of her advice and recommendations related to city life. Definitely a facility to recommend.

Overall great apartment and great location! However some things in the apartment broke during our stay (e.g., the faucets were leaking in the cabinets, hooks fell of the wall, humidifier struggled to work properly) and the reply time to get them fixed was slow and most were not fixed by the end of our stay (which was a month). It didn’t make the apartment unliveable, but quite inconvenient. Also there’s a ton of construction happening in the upstairs apartment as well as in front of the apartment so it was noisy during most of the day. Not the renters fault, but the upstairs neighbours were doing construction stuff at 3 am most nights!

The apartment is nice with new things but it tends to feel a bit closed in since there are no windows. And there was a few things that didn't really function as it should in the apartment and it has a mold problem, although this is quite common in Portugal. There is also a construction site literally 1 meter outside of the door which is super noisy every day. When asking for something for the flat it could get fixed fast but sometimes I never heard back and had to remind the care taker. The rent is way too high for what you get. All in all a 5/10 experience

My experience was fantastic! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, located in a pleasant neighborhood. It’s conveniently close to stores and the city center, with a metro station just a short walk away. Highly recommend

The neighborhood is a bit busy, but It has a safe vibe . There are plenty of local shops, cafes, and restaurants within easy reach, and everything you need is just a short distance away. The proximity to the city center and the nearby metro station makes it incredibly easy to explore the rest of the city

Perfect for vacation and short-term staying! The area is close to most historical places like Igreja da Graça, Alfama district, famous Lisbon tram etc. The apartment is very clean and cosy, equipped with everything you need like bed linen, dish, vacuum cleaner, hair drier, coffee machine, cleaning supplies, ven, good internet connection etc. Marta was very welcoming and supportive, helped with everything to adapt in the area, if anything needed to be fixed (that was a single time), she helped immediately with full support. The area itself is rather hectic and crowdy, but the building is located in some distant alley, which is good but still on the ground floor that need to have a window closed at night. Recommend for vacation!

Martim Moniz is a busy metro station nearby, but 5-10 minutes of walking near Rossio and Baixa Chiado there are beautiful wide squares, historical buildings, famous elevator, a lot of shopping like Zara, Beneton, H&M etc.

Igreja da Graça 5 min walk, a church with more than 800 years history and exciting views - 100% for visiting. Have a walk down to Alfama the oldest part of Lisbon, take a tour around with a guide, it’s worth to know it better.

Unser Aufenthalt in Lisbon war bezaubernd! Die wohnung hat eine super Lage; Umgeben von Supermärkten, kleinen Cafés, Restaurants etc. Die Wohnung war gut zu erreichen und Marta hat uns sehr lieb eingewiesen! Wir haben empfehlungen für die Gegend bekommen, für die Stadt selbst und vieles mehr! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können euch garantieren; ihr werdet in der Wohnung eine schöne Zeit haben! Darüberhinaus ist zum Kochen ist alles da, die Küche war besser ausgestattet als unsere eigene! Nochmals vielen Dank und LG :)

Overall great experience and very good communication with the landlord. Apartment had very good internet connection and a small portable air conditioning unit that helped stay cool during warm nights.

Felt a little unsafe walking back to the aparment from the nearby metrostation late at night and saw police on the nearby square multiple times but didn't have any negative events personally.

I had a little bit of bad luck, I had a motorbike whose mirrors were stollen around the neighbourhood. After that I just kept the motorbike on the same street of the house and didn't have any further issues.

Overall great experience. Caring, welcoming and responsive host. Apartment was very clean and had all facilities and amenities required for a comfortable stay. Short walking distance to the centre. Strongly recommended, and would certainly come back again.
