I like my house, it is beautiful and it is in a perfect place about 20 minutes by car from the city of Valencia, a very quiet area, nestled between two towns, El Perello and El Perellonet.
There are supermarkets in both towns, although in Perello, as it has more population, there is a larger supermarket.
El Perello is 3km from the apartment, it has a bus service right at the door of the urbanization, which runs every half hour and can leave you in Valencia or in El Perello.
El Perellonet is a very small town, where the same bus also passes, it has a small supermarket that is open until weekends.
I have rented the apartment sporadically and I like that the people who come enjoy the house just like me.
Me gusta mi casa porque es bonita y esta en un sitio perfecto a unos 20 minutos en coche de la ciudad de Valencia, zona muy tranquila, enclavado entre dos poblaciones El Perello y el Perellonet.
Hay supermercados en las dos poblaciones aunque en el Perello al tener más población, hay un supermercado más grande.
El Perello esta a 3km del apartamento tiene servicio de autobús justo en la puerta de la urbanización, que pasa cada media hora y te puede dejar en Valencia o en el Perello.
El Perellonet es un pueblecito muy pequeño, por donde pasa también el mismo autobús tiene un supermercado pequeño que abre hasta los fines de semana.
He alquilado el apartamento alguna vez esporadicamente y me gusta que la gente que viene disfrute de la casa igual que yo.
Hay gente que le gusta mucho la ubicación del apartamento por que se encuentra a 3km de uno de los campos de golf más bonitos que hay junto al mar, ( en el parador del Saler)

This apartment is incredibly cozy, with a charming vintage interior that gives it a lot of character. It's located in a peaceful neighborhood, which made our stay feel truly relaxing. One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful terrace with a stunning view — we spent nearly every breakfast and lunch out there, soaking up the atmosphere. It quickly became our favorite spot in the apartment. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and peaceful — perfect for those looking to relax away from the hustle and bustle. It’s a beautiful area with charming surroundings, though there aren’t many essential places nearby. There’s one restaurant and a bar within walking distance, but for groceries or other necessities, you’ll need to take a bus to reach the nearest supermarket.

Rosana was very friendly and helpful. I was unsure when I would arrive due to a long drive, but Rosana went out of her way to accommodate my late check-in which I greatly appreciated. The property is well-located, with direct access to the beach, and Albufera Natural Park is also nearby. The building and parking garage are both very secure, and the apartment is bright and spacious.

Totalmente recomendable, Rosana es muy amable y fácil de contactar ante cualquier problema. La casa es bastante confortable y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en familia. En la casa puedes disfrutar de juegos de mesa, raquetas de pádel e incluso unas sillas y sombrillas de playa que te van evitar traértelas de casa.
La urbanización permite disfrutar de dos piscinas, pistas de pádel y columpios. También tiene un bar que es ideal para tomarte unas cañas
