My stay at Bruna's place was great. It was a lovely, cozy place in a nice area off the beaten path. The bed and couch were SO comfortable, and it was really nice having access to a kitchenette during my stay. It was close to cafes, restaurants, great viewpoints, buses and streetcar access, which was convenient. Also - Bruna was so helpful, providing clear instructions and useful information. She even checked in on me when a storm came through. I'd gladly stay here again.

The neighborhood has cobblestone lanes and alleys. It's hilly with inclines and stairs. It feels charming and traditional, and often has music reverberating through the alleys, and you can't figure out where it's coming from. Little maker's shops selling ceramics and other items, or cafes and restaurants, are everywhere in between residences.

Honestly, just walk around. Any viewpoint, landmark, or cafe is likely worth the time to stay and pause.

Très content de notre séjour à Lisbonne. L'appartement est très bien situé dans le quartier d'alfama. Il donne sur une place / cour que l'on utilise en sortant une table et 2 chaises. C'est très vivant. L'appartement était propre et très bonne commucation avec la propriétaire. La description de l'appartement est correct. c'est un studio. C'est petit et cosy, mais parfait pour visiter Lisbonne.

Quartier populaire du centre de lisbonne. Très authentique mais prévoir de bonnes chaussures ;-) Aucun problème de sécurité ressenti pour s'être promener jusqu'à minuit dans les rues (après minuit, je ne sais pas)

prendre le bateau bus pour aller sur l'autre rive se faire un restaurant. il est préférable de réserver pour le soir.

We stayed at Bruna's place for 4 nights. It's placed in a very lovely historic location, however be aware of many stairs in case you have heavy suitcases like we did. 😅 It's a small studio that had a special energy, meaning even though the bed was very firm, which I dislike, I slept kinda good. The temperature was pleasant and even though there is a small window, it never felt like it needs air. Overall it was a really peaceful location to be at - zero car or other sounds, despite being quite near the centre. Bruna was responsive and everything was fine. I recommend this place.

Bruna is such a lovely host, she is quick to communicate, quick to help with anything you may need, and very insightful about the neighborhood. I felt safe, welcomed, and it was the perfect central stay for my time in Lisboa.

Alfama is the oldest neighborhood in Lisbon so it's central, old, and full of charm. It feels quiet at night, but I felt so safe! There are small coffee shops, laundry, shops, and fado just down the street 3 minutes walking. There are lots of stairs to get around so the only thing I don't recommend is for people who struggle with stairs.

Pintura com vino e tinto was so fun it's an art shop made of red wine and coffee, The Coffee is a great local woman owned coffee shop, just above the flat is Bar Terraco de Santa Luzia which is a beautiful rooftop bar overlooking the ocean attached to the church.

It was a cozy nice place, very much central. However it's in Alfama so be ready to walk a lot around on stairs.
The place was clean and had everything basics.

Bruna was excellent to deal with and took great care of us, she made sure check in was a breeze and even checked to see if we needed anything else during our stay. The flat was exactly as described, being small but quaint, well equipped with everything we needed and right in the middle of Alfama's touristy section with everything just steps away. We literally walked everywhere and had a wonderful time.

In the middle of Alfama historical center, so cobble stone streets with lots of stairs and breathtaking views. Little restaurants and churches everywhere.
