The accommodation itself was fine, but unfortunately, my experience with the host made my stay very unpleasant.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the host. After I left, the host accused me of leaving the house dirty and even asked me to pay an additional cleaning fee, which I found completely unfair and inaccurate.
I always kept the house clean and tidy during my stay, and I also cleaned the common areas before leaving. I have photos and videos showing the condition of the house after I cleaned it.
If you decide to book this place, I strongly recommend taking photos and videos of the house before and after your stay, just to protect yourself from any potential disputes regarding cleaning.

The flat itself was OK ; it’s quite spacious and relatively new. The bathroom is nice and everything works very well. The huge problem we had was that the flat was filthy when we arrived. Everything was very dusty, there was hair lying about everywhere, and the floor was greasy and sticky. Even after a thorough clean using a steam cleaner, we couldn’t get rid of that feeling on the floor. The worst part was the smell in the flat. We had to clean the inside of the host’s cupboard, which was greasy and yellow; that helped a bit, but if you don’t air the place out for a day, the foul smell comes back. We were very disappointed on arrival and received only a small financial compensation from Chill Hills (the property manager), which wasn’t worth the effort we put in to keep the place reasonably clean.
What’s more, the advert stated that there was a free parking space a one-minute walk away, but we were surprised to find, upon arrival after a 13-hour drive, that this was no longer the case. Parking spaces in the neighbourhood have become chargeable at night on weekdays. Fortunately, we were able to find a solution using our business parking permit. However, we still had to pay for parking on a few occasions. Despite the fact that this error was reported to the agency back in May, I can see that the parking facility is still listed in the advert.
The bed sheets provided were dirty and the wrong size; we had to buy some in a hurry when we arrived so we could sleep.
Afterwards, there were several communication issues with the Chill Hills team; no one was there to meet us when we arrived at the flat or when we left, and we never managed to get in touch with them – we just left the keys in the flat and that was that.
In conclusion, the flat itself was fine, but we kept finding disgusting things in it for weeks on end – the shower drain was blocked, a wardrobe was mouldy… It has great potential, but the management and cleanliness need to improve significantly.

Superb location and very comfortable. Kitchen was a bit limited but only a problem if you were going to stay for long periods and do a lot of self catering.

The apartment is part of the modern Nový Cejl residential complex - very cozy and well-equipped. The landlord provides all the essentials: kitchen utensils, stove, fridge, washing machine, microwave, vacuum cleaner, and many other small things. The move-in was quick and smooth. The landlord was very responsive and even helped me resolve some issues with Flatio docs, which required extra effort on his part - really appreciated that. Great value for the location, just minutes from the city center. Highly recommend!

Cejl is part of the Brnox area, which has a bit of a reputation, but honestly it's not bad at all - especially Cejl street itself. It's lively, close to the city center, and has everything you need nearby, including a large Albert hypermarket. Developers are actively investing in the area, so it's changing fast. Prices are lower because of the reputation, but you get great value for the location. I'd say don't overthink it - I never had any problems here. Just avoid Bratislavská street in the evening, as the vibe there is noticeably worse.

Albert hypermarket is right around the corner for groceries. The city center is within a short walking distance, so you have easy access to all the restaurants, cafés, and shops there. Tram connections are great - you can get pretty much anywhere in Brno quickly

The house was problematic because of a working site on the road and especially on the building facade. The house delivered was not matching the one of the original agreement. The owner was very collaborative fixing my contract, however the refund has not been placed

The flat was really nice, I really liked my stay here. It is very convinient location, near shop and tram stop, and very calm usually.
The owner has problem with on time replies. They never show up to do the last check up before my leave too !! They made me wait from 3pm to 8pm without anwsers and never actually told me they will never come. They also forget to tell me that a repare person would show up. This is not normal and I don't think that's normal. If I was not inside the flat, I would have never know that someone did enter without me knowing.
Overall, the place is nice, the tenant is less.

The apartment is very nice and modern. There is enough space for one, possibly two persons. The kitchen is fully functional. The bathroom is clean and modern. There is a big balcony, with a view to castle Spilberk. There is a major tram-stop right next to the building, which makes commuting to different parts of the city very easy. The windows keep out the noise from the street very well. 8/10 points because in summer it can get very hot and there is no elevator. With an AC, this would be a solid 10/10. Overall, can recommend.

There is a Parkour and Skate park not too far from the building, reachable via tramvaj no. 9. Also Bila Hora is a nice view point, and only a short ride with tramvaj no. 8.

The apartment did not come with many amenities. It felt very barren. The area where the apartment is in, is known for not being a good area.
The landlord was very friendly and responsive. She helped with any problems that I ran into and had them fixed as soon as possible.
The mattresses are very thin and not comfortable to sleep on. The fridge and the cooking supplies were dirty when I arrived, but I was given clean sheets.
Overall had a decent experience with the apartment. For what it comes with and the area it resides in I consider the price too high. Very helpful landlord though.

The apartment resides in the middle of the "bad" area of Brno. It is dirty and the people made me feel uneasy.
I made sure never to go outside when it got dark, and usually took a taxi in the evenings.
During the day there is a larger variety of people walking around. There are new apartments with families moving in, making the part of town feel a bit safer.
During my stay I have not ran into problems with anyone. The only issue I had was the noises of construction happening across the street every day
