João was extremely accommodating, responding and staying online even on Christmas day! The place is right in the center of Lisbon, very easy and quick access to the metro, trams, and buses. Main shops and restaurants are also right round the corner. We stayed there over New Years and it was very soundproof, did not hear much from the main street at all! We could not recommend this place more!

The place is right in the centre of Lisbon, we stayed there over New Years and did not hear a sound from outside- the apartment is very well sound-proofed. There are lots of shops, restaurants and very easy access to the metro trams and buses. Could not be a better location if you want to explore Lisbon!

Huge, modern, clean flat in a great part of Lisbon center. It’s off a side street with shops, not bars/restaurants, so no noise at night. Amazing place and we hope to stay here again.
