The room was very clean, well-equipped and had a warm, cosy atmosphere. The bathroom is fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The shower area might feel a little cramped for men, but it is certainly spacious enough for washing. The location was also good. It's 4 minutes away from the closest station. The owner was very quick to answer my messages.

No problems with the host.
The apartment is very central, within walking distance of the central area.
The place was nice and clean.
It is facing the road, so can get noisy with traffic and pedestrians, which necessitated closing the window and putting on the air conditioning unit.

Vi hyrde denna helt nya lägenhet i absoluta centrum av Porto i fyra nätter. Vi fick ett vänligt personligt mottagande av en representant för värden som förklarade allt som fanns i lägenheten.
Där fanns all utrustning komplett för egen matlagning och tvätt och strykning av kläder.
Vi blev positivt överraskade av att ha funnit denna lägenhet och kan verkligen rekommendera den.

A localização é ótima, o apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável e agradável. O atendimento dos responsáveis também é muito atencioso e cordial, nas vezes em que enviei mensagem responderam prontamente. Os únicos pontos que pode ser importante mencionar, é que não é um local silencioso, mesmo durante a noite (principalmente nos fins de semana) e não é possível deixar o quarto totalmente escuro, mas nos hospedaria la novamente com toda a certeza.

Really nice and well equipped apartment!

It was very nice that the hosts left a gift basket with local sweets and drinks! They also allowed me to leave a little later because it was a work day and I needed to make some work calls!

The apartment has everything you need for short-term and long-term rentals. It is a new building in a beautiful area, away from the tourist crowds but within walking distance of all the sights and the best cafes and restaurants.

It’s not my first visit in Porto, but it was the best apartment for affordable price!

Byli jsme součástí group chatu, kde byl neustále někdo z pronajímatelova týmu k dispozici, aby nám poradil či pomohl s jakýmkoliv problémem. Ubytování bylo moderně vybaveno, v zimě jsme zejména ocenili podlahové vytápění. Můžeme určitě doporučit pro dlouhodobější pobyt v Portu.

Čtvrť není vyloženě špatná, momentálně probíhá její renovace, ale najde se zde poměrně velký počet bezdomovců a divných lidí. Nenastala však chvíle, kdy bychom si připadali v nebezpečí. Doprava do centra pouze autobusy může být občas také problémem.

The apartment was advertised as 60 m², but in reality, it’s about half that size. During my stay, there was extremely loud heavy-duty construction nearby — the noise and vibration from the equipment were constant on weekdays and made it difficult to stay in during the day.

On the positive side, the unit itself is newly renovated and in good condition. It includes a small bedroom, a very compact bathroom, and a functional kitchen. Overall, it’s suitable for a maximum of two people, but be aware of the size discrepancy and potential construction noise.

It was a great experience. We were met on arrival, told everything and showed around. The apartment was clean and high-tech. We had a great time there. The area is great, there is a store, metro and bus stops nearby. The center is only 20 minutes walk away. I highly recommend the host and this apartment to you if you are coming to Porto. Everything said in previous reviews is accurate. I’d just add that the rooms are never completely dark, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to light. Otherwise, the apartment is perfect for a short to mid-term stay, with everything conveniently located nearby.

We had a great 10-day stay in this apartment. Everything was very clean, and the host was kind, polite, and always helpful when we had questions. We recently had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment in Porto! Located on the 3rd floor, this apartment offers a clean and modern space that's perfectly sized for a couple. While the terrace/garden is shared with the building and is on the ground floor, the apartment itself had pretty much everything we could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What we loved:
- The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt very modern. It was clear that the hosts take great care in maintaining the space.
- Despite being small, it was perfectly sized for two people. We never felt cramped and it had everything we needed without feeling cluttered.
- We really appreciated that the apartment was so well-equipped. It truly had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a home away from home.
- The fridge and freezer space were fantastic – plenty of room for our groceries and leftovers.
- Having separate AC units with remote controls in both the living room and bedroom was a huge plus, allowing us to customize the temperature in each space.

Things to be aware of:
- Being on the road-facing side, there is some traffic noise, especially during the night. As a light sleeper, I was initially a little concerned about this, but honestly, it wasn't bad at all. After a few days, I barely noticed it at all.

- We did experience some stickiness with the front door lock. It often took a bit of jiggling the key and the door to get it open, sometimes taking a few minutes. It's a minor inconvenience but worth noting and a little frustrating at times.

Small improvements that would make it perfect 10/10:

- The shower was good with plenty of hot water, but the showerhead was handheld and quite small with somewhat limited pressure. A larger showerhead, perhaps even with a fixed option in addition to the handheld one, would enhance the showering experience.
- We noticed that one of the pans was quite scratched. We simply used the other available pan, so it wasn't a significant problem, but it might be worth replacing in the future.

Overall:

Despite a couple of very minor points, we had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It's well-located in Porto, making it easy to explore the city. Communication with the host was also excellent and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other couples looking for a clean, modern, and well-equipped base for their Porto adventure!

The apartment is new, comfortable, and has everything that you need. It also is in a really great location. The apartment is on the third floor facing the street. You will hear the traffic and metro noise, but you will get used to it. Thankfully the windows help with some of the noise.

The landlord is very friendly and made me feel welcome. The whole process was easy. I would recommend staying here.
