Juan was very kind and helpful and this apartment is the perfect place to stay in Las Palmas. You are very close to the beach, mall, and bus stops. The apartment is spacious and quiet. The building has nice amenities like a gym and pool. We would definitely stay again!

El departamento estaba muy bueno, tal cual las fotos. Que tenga cochera fue un gran plus ya que por la ubicación está bueno tener auto. Lo que si, para ir y venir caminando a las canteras o para el lado de la playa hay dos opciones de bajadas con escalones (85 para ser exactos jaja) así que es algo a tener en cuenta si hay movilidad reducida y no se tiene auto. El termotanque vibraba mucho cada vez que arrancaba y la ventana del living cerraba mal por lo que los días de viento se escuchaba un silbido algo molesto pero ya le dijimos a Juan y dijo que iba a ver de solucionarlo.
El resto espectacular, tiene de todo para largas estadías y la comunicacion con el anfitrion siempre fue muy buena y rapida!

No es al lado de la playa si bien la podés ver desde el departamento, para ir o venir a las canteras, a mesa y lopez o para ese lado si o si tenes que bajar escaleras o una calle larga y muy empinada por lo que si tenes auto lo vas a usar bastante hasta para hacer las compras porque aun no hay nada cerca y si tenes movilidad reducida por ahi quieras buscar otro lugar.

La plaza del Pilar, queda cerca, hay cafeterias y barcitos alrededor y esta al resguardo del viento pero da el solcito!

This place is amazing, it's close enough to everything and far enough away where you have quiet. The apartment is well equipped, facilities are very nice and Juan is incredibly accommodating. I don't think I could have asked for anything more. This one is an easy decision, I'll be returning here when I come back to Las Palmas, no question about it.

It's about an 6 min walk to the city and 8-10 min walk to the beach, very nice location that misses the city noise but is very close.

We stayed for almost two weeks as a family of three and had an amazing time.

The apartment is well equipped, from dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensils, we had everything we needed and more. It is very new and modern. The building itself is also new and you can use the pool area as well as the gym. We also enjoyed the little park in front of the building with great views over Las Palmas and the ocean.

The location is close to the beach, perfect for long walks or watching the surfers. If you go with a child, try to catch low tide in front of the Auditorium, as the low tide forms little pools on the beach that are perfect for children. Las Arenas shopping centre is just a couple of minutes away and has a huge supermarket as well as hundreds of shops.

Juan was a great host, very professional, kind proactive and always helpful.

This is an amazing apartment and we would definitely recommend staying there and would not hesitate to visit again.

It is easily one of our best Airbnb/ home rentals. The location is super close to the beach. There is a bit of uphill but it is fine, a tiny bit of exercise is good for us anyway. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern, new, and well-functioning. The hosts, Juan and Miguel are very nice. It is always easy to reach them for anything. I highly recommend Juan's place for a short or long stay if you are in Las Palmas.

Čistý, krásný byt se skvělým vybavením, v domě slušní sousedé a klid, 5 min pěšky na městskou pláž, poblíž Lidl a Carrefour.
Velké plus v domě krásné fitness, bazén a hlavně k dispozici garáž.
Skvělá komunikace s majitelem, určitě rádi přijedeme znovu.

The apartment is in a brand new building, has a private underground garage, pool and a gym.

The place is extremely clean, with an amazing view. Ultra spacious, modern and just plain vibe. It's much larger in person. Felt like home abroad and I couldn't recommend it more.

The hosts? One of the most welcoming and warm people I've ever met in my life. I've never had any issues with anything and always received support if I had any kind of questions during my stay.

Would definitely book it again next time I'm in Gran Canaria.
