Looking for a cleaned, respectful and organized person renting out my room in a shared apartment when I go traveling.
The room is in Santa Apolonia area (a few min walking from the metro/train station) in a small and cozy shared apartment with river view.
The apartment has 2 rooms (1 is yours and the second one is taken by my roomie) a shared bathroom and kitchen.
