Joao was very easy to communicate prior to moving in and during our stay both. He provided us with two sets of keys upon our request, troubleshot internet unexpected faults, gave us parking tips and many more.

The apartment is clean and nice, João met me in the property, described everything in details, and was in prompt contact each time I had questions, and helped me a lot opening the door when I forgot the keys inside
