Gracinda is a very kind person. She helped me a lot with the contract when I was still applying for my visa in my home country.
A spacious apartment with rooms of various sizes, located on different sides (both sunny and shaded), offering a diverse selection. Most of the apartment is well-ventilated, preventing moisture buildup. It can sometimes be noisy due to its proximity to the central square, but at the same time, you can enjoy watching interesting local traditions and celebrations from the windows. Just two minutes away is the central bus station, where you can catch a direct bus to Lisbon or take a ferry to reach the heart of Lisbon. Good supermarkets are within walking distance. The apartment is located on the top floor, offering good panoramic views of the sunsets.

Well, this is a suburb of Lisbon, so of course, there is less of all that compared to the capital, but it’s also more affordable here, and when you walk around, you get a complete sense of safety and friendliness all around.

Gracinda is an exceptionally kind and warm-hearted person! I am so grateful to her for her hospitality and help. My room was very clean, sunny, and cozy, with a pleasant view from the window. All other spaces were just as comfortable. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all, the atmosphere was really very warm. It was also important for me that all the other residents were very nice people. I definitely recommend Gracinda and her apartment!

The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. The landlady, Gracinda, was helpful. The only thing I didn't like as much was the intense evening life in the main square, which my room faced.

Check-in went without problems. Gracinda is a very responsive landlord, she was in touch and helped with all questions. Of course, traveling in the off-season is a separate type of adventure. But we are glad that we were in Troy at this time and were able to disconnect from the bustle of the city and relax on the ocean coast.

This is a very well-kept resort area, where life is probably in full swing during the season. In winter there is a small shop, a couple of restaurants and a pharmacy. To travel to Setubal you need to take a ferry or catamaran.
