Hello, this is the very first time my girlfriend and I are renting out our apartment. We bought it in June 2023 and spent a month renovating it that summer. We put a lot of heart into it, and I hope it will appeal to future guests. We chose Flatio because we don't want to rent it out for the entire year as we also want to enjoy the apartment ourselves from time to time.
