Hi, I'm alba! I am 45 years old and I am from Barcelona.
I have recently started renting my apartment to students and digital nomads, and I have had very good experiences. The people who have come have been very happy, and have repeated their stay after a while.
I am very fond of my apartment and it is very well cared for, with plants that make the atmosphere very pleasant. Now I am living outside of Barcelona and I am interested in renting my apartment to people who want to spend time in Barcelona and can enjoy and take care of my apartment.

Hace poco he empezado a alquilar mi piso a estudiantes y nómadas digitales, y he tenido muy buenas experiencias. Las personas que han venido han estado muy contentas, y han repetido su estancia al cabo de un tiempo.
Tengo mucho cariño a mi apartamento y está muy cuidado, con plantas que hacen que el ambiente sea muy agradable. Ahora estoy viviendo fuera de Barcelona y me interesa alquilar mi piso a personas que quieran pasar un tiempo en Barcelona y puedan disfrutar y cuidar de mi piso.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment! It’s cozy, clean, and has everything you need for long-term living — from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfortable workspace. The area is safe and with the metro nearby. Perfect place to feel at home in Barcelona!

Alba is a very kind and wonderful person. The apartment is beautiful, in an excellent location. I lived there for three months and truly enjoyed my stay.

I would highly recommend Alba as a landlord. She is incredibly friendly, always approachable, and very responsive to any concerns or questions. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and in a great location with easy access to everything you need. There’s even added security, which provides extra peace of mind. The garden is beautifully kept and creates a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. If you’re looking for a clean, secure, and welcoming place to live, Alba’s property is an excellent choice!
