Beautiful flat in the city centre 4.1

The location is very nice, just in the city center and the appartment looks ok. We had a small issue with the cleaning, but that was immediately fixed by the owner, so a 10 for collaboration.
Some more suggestion for improvement would be to have a Smart TV/Chromecast, especially for longer stays and change the pans which are at the end of their live.

The host changed the pictures of the apartment after I moved it so that they would match with the reality. The view initially promised in the pictures on Flatio was not the one the apartment had in real life.

Lovely flat, well located in the middle of it all.

Grocery store nearby, Mercado Central a few steps nearby, bus stops, bike rentals, restaurants, etc.

The flat is very comfortable, spacious and gorgeous.

Maybe a bit too far away from contact with Valencianos or Spaniards, you will be mostly in touch with other immigrants or tourists 95% of the time

The flat was nice, as displayed in the ad. So I am satisfied with it. However, the communication with the Host has been very bad since the beginning, without replies, answers to questions, and giving a lot of misinformation. It seems their team is not aligned at all, and it created a lot of back and forward. Thankfully, Flatio helped me to communicate with the host.

The apartment is so cute, spacious and well-appointed. The location in Cabanyal was perfect for our stay. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a nice neighborhood to stay in near the beach and easy access to transportation, plus a super cute apartment, this is it.

More residential than the city center. People are friendly, and you must go to Boca Abajo down the street for tapas. It’s delicious, authentic and friendly. The Cabanyal market is wonderful and such a delight to buy everything you need for cooking at home. Coffee and food in the whole of Cabanyal was delicious.

Boca Abajo for tapas. ArtySana cafe, Mercaado de Cabanyal, and just about any spot along the beach for coffee and breakfast. The beach is beautiful and so well-maintained. City of arts and sciences and the whole Jardí Turin. Dinner at Restaurant Secret was delicious! Reserve a table.
