The flat itself is very old, not cleaned before moving in, does not have a dishwasher despite what is advertised. The pictures in the listing are from years ago, the room and apartment are much more dirty and used than that. Moved out a month ago, still haven't received my deposit even though it should be transferred within 14 days. Host lied and said he doesn't have my bank details even though I sent it to him through multiple channels before moving out. Host was also rude overall and did not communicate properly. Would avoid.

Alles bestens und sehr zuvorkommend! Empfehlung meinerseits

The house would need a bit of cleaning before a new tenant is moving in.

The help, cooperation and availability of Mr Liedermann was very important and positive.

It seems like a totally new city in Vienna. But in a positive way, it has much more street life, shops, markets and street food than the rest of the city
