I stayed in the apartment for a month and had a very good experience overall. It is fully equipped with everything you need, and communication with the owner was smooth and very good throughout my stay. The apartment is a bit dated and somewhat noisy, as sound carries easily, but the street itself is quiet and peaceful.
Susjedstvo
The neighborhood is good overall - Martim Moniz may not be the most charming area, but I never felt unsafe. There is a lovely park nearby, and the apartment is very centrally located, which was a big plus.

Wonderful small place for a short stay, especially for travelers. A bit noisy neighborhood. Excellent host and her communication to tenants.
