I'm a retired engineer living in Portugal, but I'm also traveling a lot.
The apartment was rented out by me since 1995.
It was recently completely renovated and newly refurbished.
All furniture is brand new and high quality.
It is fully furnished, including dishes, towels and bed linen, so you only need to bring your suitcase.
