O meni

Welcome to Trawelltopia, your gateway to handpicked premium holiday homes in Croatia. 🌴☀

For over 3 years, we have been hosting international guests and are proud of our excellent track record with 98% 5-star reviews.

Trawelltopia was founded by Julian Schuldt & Igor Bozic from Germany together with a dedicated local team of German-Croatians and Croatians. This combination allows us to bring German reliability and precision together with Croatian hospitality and local expertise.

We set the highest standards in all aspects – from the design and equipment of our villas to cleanliness and guest support. And should a problem ever arise, you can rely on us: there is always a team member available locally, usually able to be on-site within an hour.

Our villas are not just rentals – they are privately owned dream homes that we carefully manage together with the owners. Every detail is designed to create a relaxing and inspiring atmosphere:
• Spacious interiors with contemporary design
• Private pools, whirlpools & rooftop terraces
• Fully equipped kitchens & smart-home features
• High-speed internet for work & leisure
• Close to beaches, cultural heritage & local gastronomy

I can wholeheartedly recommend Julian Schuldt as a housing provider. From the very beginning, his communication was outstanding—friendly, clear, and incredibly reliable. He was always available, answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly, and went out of his way to make everything smooth and stress-free. The villa was exactly as described—spacious, beautifully maintained, and in perfect condition. Julian made sure everything was prepared and that we felt completely comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. His professionalism, fairness, and warm, approachable personality made the entire experience exceptional. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely caring housing provider, Julian Schuldt is absolutely the right choice. Highly recommended!
