Hello and welcome! My name is Ivan, I’m 53 years old, and together with my family I have been renting apartments since 2016. By profession I am a chef, which means I’ve spent most of my life creating warm and welcoming experiences for people through food. Hosting guests in our apartments felt like a natural extension of that same passion.
This is very much a family project – my wife and our two daughters are actively involved, and each of us brings our own touch to the business. From guest communication to making sure every detail is just right, we work as a team to make your stay enjoyable.
All of our apartments were designed by us, inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle – bright, airy spaces with a touch of local charm, created to feel like a true home away from home.
