Hello I'm Ivan

I personally manage the property and take pride in keeping it perfectly maintained. We respond quickly to questions and are happy to help with anything you might need — from local tips to practical arrangements.

Because we understand the needs of long-term renters and digital nomads, we provide high-speed internet, a well-equipped workspace, and everything required for a seamless stay. Our goal is simple: to make your time at Villa Santila easy, pleasant and worry-free.

We look forward to hosting you and helping you enjoy the best of Istria!
