I'm glad I decided for this offering. The owner is a very friendly and supportive lady who put a lot of energy into the renovation. The apartment is comfortable for two people with a large balcony with a view on the ocean. The location is central, just a few meters from the ocean, groceries, main street with a lot of restaurants.
We had a lovely stay and didn't want to leave. I recommend this apartment.

Friendly and lovely. Walkable everywhere. If you like surfing, it's a place for you.
