welcome to BeONE Apartments. We are a newly established company focused on rental living for young professionals and international students. We launched our operations in June 2024 in the iconic building Metropol in Bratislava city.
We aim to offer best living experience either in premium flats in the city center or in our co-living that combines quality housing and privacy at an affordable price. Private apartments are complemented by shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, creating opportunities for connection and community.

I stayed in this apartment for 4 months and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. The apartment was spotless, exceptionally well maintained, and perfectly located.
A special thank you to Ermanno, who is an outstanding host. He was always responsive, genuinely kind, and went above and beyond whenever I needed assistance. Communication was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were completely smooth and hassle-free.
It is clear that Ermanno truly cares about his guests and takes great pride in providing an exceptional experience. I highly recommend both the apartment and Ermanno as a host, and I would gladly stay here again.

Very elegant and smartly designed apartment. Equipped with everything you need. Location is great, has a lovely view of the Danube. The design of the apartment modern and adds a nice touch to your stay. I would def stay here everytime i visit and its perfect for 1-2 people. Ermanno the host is super responsive and helpful and has equipped the apartment with everything you might need. So much better than staying at a hotel.

Upscale neighborhood less than 10 mins walking to the city center (lovely walk by the danube).
Peaceful and quiet but also accessible to the main city center of you are looking for something lively.

You can literally walk up to the castle or take a morning run or evening stroll by the Danube or walk to the city center. The tram is less than 1 minute away.
