Hi and thank you for your interest in the property 😊
My name is Maria, and I specialize in organizing and managing high-quality shared living spaces. I carefully select residents — typically working professionals, expats, and international knowledge workers — who have stable income and value a clean, respectful, and comfortable living environment.
I focus on creating well-structured households with clear agreements, good communication, and a peaceful atmosphere. No party houses — just responsible residents who treat the home with care.
For family rentals, I work in a straightforward and transparent way, with clear agreements and smooth communication throughout the rental period.
If you would like, feel free to tell me a bit about yourself (or your family), your work situation, and your preferred move-in date. I’ll be happy to see if we’re a good match.
Looking forward to your response!
Best regards,
