We are a Spanish-Colombian couple who have been living in London since 2019. We are tidy, communicative, and very respectful of our living spaces. Because we spend a significant amount of time travelling to stay connected with our families, we are opening up our home to reliable mid-term tenants looking for a comfortable base in London.
Our flat is a studio located only a two-minute walk from the beautiful greenery of Tooting Bec Common. It is a wonderful, vibrant area with great transport links and plenty of local charm.
