Alena K.

Welcome to Warsaw!

My name is Alena, and I am the founder of a professional property management company based in Warsaw. For more than 5 years, we have been successfully operating in the Polish real estate market, managing a diverse portfolio that includes rooms, apartments, and apart-hotel units across short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental segments.

Property and hospitality are my true passions. As an avid traveler who has lived in several countries before finally choosing Poland as my home, I know firsthand what it feels like to relocate and adapt to a new city. This personal experience gives me a unique understanding of our guests' fundamental needs, whether they are here for a month-long business project or shifting their entire team.

My main goal is to anticipate and fulfill your basic needs before you even have to ask. We don't just provide a place to sleep; we create secure, modern, and highly functional environments where you can comfortably live, efficiently work remotely, and feel at home from day one.

Our solid experience in both B2B and B2C hospitality guarantees you total legal transparency, seamless corporate invoicing, and swift resolution of any maintenance tasks. I look forward to making your stay in Warsaw incredibly productive, smooth, and comfortable!
