The stay at the flat was more than satisfactory. The helpfulness of Adam, the owner, is remarkable, and was evident from the very beginning when he kindly offered to pick me up from the train station. Throughout my stay, he has always advised me appropriately, both in terms of the running of the house and for small daily needs and tasks, always making his presence felt.
The flat is also in very good condition: after an initial disorientation regarding my expectations on the size of the room, which I thought was more spacious, the adaptation happened naturally: particularly appreciated were the small balcony and the direct view on the garden and not directly on the street. The location is also excellent: the flat is very close to the historical centre despite not being in it, and from here you can reach all the points of interest in the city, including the Spielberg fortress, either on foot or by using the tram stop a few dozen metres away: this is great for those who, like me, have been in Brno for study purposes.

I was generally satisfied with the apartment. It is very modern and it is relatively quiet inside despite its location near the city center. The owner Adam was very helpful and the cooperation went smoothly.

It is a busy street with regular tram traffic. But the flat is on the courtyard side so it is very quiet. There are smaller stores along the street. There is a tram stop nearby.

My stay at Adam's Private Double bedroom at Pionýrská 247/11, Brno was great with no hiccups. The house was nice and clean with nothing left to desire, all utilities present and the flatmates were great.

Adam is nice and very responsive and will try his best to fulfill any reasonable requests.

Keep in mind that there's this agreement of 20€/month between the flatmates for shared products (dish soap, tp etc.).

Very great place in Brno, lovely location and good kitchen/bathroom. The room itself is very spacious.

Adam is friendly, solicitous and has great communication skills.
He replied the messages really fast and was flexible with check-in/check-out times.
Everything about the room met my expectations. The flatmates are awesome and easy to get along. I definitely recommend it and would stay again!

I love the house! It’s fully equipped and really close to everything you need. The landlord is great, he helps you with anything, even about your doubts with the city. I absolutely recommend him and his house!!
