Hello — I’m Hancho.
I’m a filmmaker and writer, and I run a small technology company here in Seoul. Most of my work happens outside the apartment or at a desk, so the place is quiet during the day and I’m not someone who takes over the common rooms.
My days are fairly regular. I swim or do yoga in the morning, work through the day, and usually run in the evening. I mention this because it’s what a housemate actually notices — there are no late parties here, and the household keeps calm hours.
I speak English and I’m glad to help you settle in: which market is good, how the delivery apps work, where to go for the things that are hard to find in a new city. And if you’d rather keep to yourself, that’s completely fine too. I’ve shared a home with enough people to know that respecting someone’s closed door is most of the job.
I’ve lived in this neighbourhood a long time and I’m fond of it. If you want restaurant recommendations, I have opinions.
