I stayed in Pavel's apartment for a month and a half and it was just perfect. Great location, easy check-in and check-out, fully furnished flat. Highly recommended for both long- and short-term stays! Thank you again Pavel!

The neighbourhood feels safe, it is very central, has everything you might need and is located in the exact middle of the public transports network.
