The owner is a good person, everything was great from his side, thanks a lot! Unfortunately it was very cold in December, not enough heaters in the apartment. Everything is very old and almost all electric plugs in the kitchen and in the covered terrace are non-working. The district is very quiet, there are many transports nearby and the city center in 30mins by feet. I suppose it is a very good place to stay in summer (and it is much cheaper than in the city center), but they need to perform a small repair of their equipment.

Quiet district, not very far from the center, with several parks nearby, but sometimes there are strange people near the supermarket so it feels not very safe there. No good restaurants or coffee shops, but it is much cheaper then renting in the city center

Um dia antes do checkin fui informado que teria que pagar 200 de caução por conta dos pet´s, esse valor não foi devolvido ao fim da estadia.
O Senhorio argumentou que eu teria gastado mais com net, energia e agua, mas sei que não fiz nenhum consumo exorbitante em nada. Na maioria dos dias tinha 2 computadores ligados durante o expediente e durante a noite saíamos para passear.
Além disso o jardim estava descuidado, o quarto dos fundos tem um mofo muito forte e alguns itens da casa não funcionam bem.
Não indico.

Tem de tudo por perto (mercados, restaurantes, serviços...)
Além disso é fácil se locomover por transportes públicos para qualquer lugar.

The flat might need a bigger fridge/freezer for a longer stay. The current one did not isolate properly which would results in parts in the fridge not being cold, and parts too cold to freeze the food. It was not easy to store food appropriately in the fridge/freezer
