Great location outside the busy-ness of the city center, but with easy access to the center (subway across the street, bus and tram pickup across the street and down the block). Flora mall right across the street with shops for most things you'd need, including, groceries, toiletries, medicine. Also a big foods court and a movie theater. Easily walkable to lots of good restaurants, shops, and parks.

Big unit with nice windows. Well equipped kitchen.

Michaela was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating.

Cute and quiet (relative to the city center), but with plenty to do and see, with easy access to excellent public transit. Anything you need is nearby, especially with Flora mall across the street.

Wander Flora mall and the neighborhood in general, including the huge cemetery behind the mall across the street. Walk to Žižkov tower and nearby parks. Check out local bars and restaurants. Then walk or ride into the city center.

We really liked the apartment — it has a convenient location and great transport connections, although we walked almost everywhere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and even more! It’s a quiet area, and the kitchen windows offer a lovely view of nature and the hillside. Windows on three sides are very rare to find. We are very grateful that the host purchased a baby cot at our request

Michaela is a fantastic host—extremely helpful, reliable, and a pleasure to interact with. The apartment is perfect in so many ways and is ideally located in the heart of Prague—just steps from major tourist attractions and right at the base of Petřín Park, which begins immediately outside the building. The apartment itself is modern, bright, and exceptionally functional. We stayed for just over three months and absolutely loved every moment of our time there.

Michaela is very sweet and chill. She always responded quickly whenever there was a problem. The neighborhood and the building were quite quiet. I understand that we weren’t maybe the best subletters or neighbors at first, as we were a bit loud — in Quebec, things tend to be livelier and noisier than in Prague, where people really value calm and quiet — but she was still incredibly kind and understanding. The place is absolutely adorable, full of light, and very well located.

Very calm. Things can close quite early compared to other neighborhoods in Prague. There are still lots of essential places nearby thanks to the mall right across the street, which is very practical.

S přítelkyní jsme byli nadšení, byt je krásný, prostorný a moderně zařízený, ve skvělé lokalitě. Paní majitelka je velice vstřícná a komunikace probíhala naprosto bezproblémově.
Pokud budeme mít příležitost, rádi se pod Petřínem opět ubytujeme.

When we arrived, the house had some problems that we managed to resolve with the owner. The owner is very kind and helpful. In general the area is very comfortable and quiet, even the condominium. The price is a little high for what it offers, but we had a good time.

Byt se nachazi v super lokaci. Jen par kroku od nakupniho centra, linky metra a nekolika tramvaji. Jedna se o sirsi centrum Prahy a v uplnem centru jste behem 5 minut. Byt je velice prostorny, vcetne prijemneho posezeni na balkone do vnitrobloku.

Michaela was a great landlord with excellent communication. Michaela answered my endless questions prior to lease signing and after, she met us at the apartment and showed us around before handing over the keys. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location for public transport and shopping directly across the street. We were visiting Prague last minute due to my son’s serious illness and surgery and Michaela provided comfort and compassion for our situation checking in with me often. I highly recommend Michaela’s apartment.

Byt je velmi slunný a prostorny. Skvělá lokalita, všechno velice blízko. S paní majitelkou je jednoduchá a příjemná komunikace. Všechno předčilo nase očekávání a určitě bychom se při další návštěvě Prahy rádi vrátili zpět.

Spacious and functional flat, well-organised spaces, magnificent location, with a view of Tyn Cathedral (for art lovers this is a must) and often organ music. Therefore I highly recommend it, I had a great time there! Wooden parquet flooring everywhere: very pleasant, a pity it's striped, but it's sure to be original, so it's better that way. Ikea bedroom, living room and kitchen furniture. Kitchen accessories: almost everything is there, just missing a toaster, a microwave oven, an orange juicer, and a salad bowl.
Room: comfortable mattress, pillow a little less so.
Walk-in wardrobe good for long stays.
Bathroom: perhaps the sore point of the flat: open shower, so the whole bathroom gets wet with every shower (so I always used the "hand shower"). There are 2 windows, but the opening is 3 metres high, so impossible to open the windows. The toilet smelled of urine, even though it was clean and I washed it often.
The internet connection was perfect and I was able to work from home. I wasn't able to use the TV, I wouldn't have watched it anyway because there are only Czech-language national TV channels.
It is in the old town, and tourists can be very noisy, especially in the evenings and at night, but apart from a few moments of stadium shouting, I always slept. I don't know if the situation is worse in the summer months. In any case, the noise does not come from the pub below, but from the 'tubs' that tourists make.
Ah, the flat is on the second floor, no lift, and the floors of the (historic) building are double, I counted 55 steps. So if you have heavy luggages, it can be a serious problem. You are asked to sort the garbage (I agree), however it is not clear how to distribute it in the bins on the ground floor.
At the end of your stay you are asked to clean the whole flat, including the washing machine to wash towels, sheets, tea towels, etc. and hang out the laundry, ready for the next guests to use. If you decide not to clean it, there is the option "the owner takes care of it" but it costs 80€, which seems excessive. I honestly thought it was included in the rental price.
The owner was kind and responded to my requests for clarification in a polite way, we met at the departure to check the condition of the flat and to hand over the keys.
In summary, it was a pleasant experience, which I would do again.

The homeowner is exceptionally welcoming, accommodating and the flat is perfect! Right in the middle of the old city,. A short walking distance to all the major attractions. I loved it. It’s well appointed, bright and the WiFi is strong. That was extremely important to me as I worked from the apartment. You cannot go wrong with this place and this homeowner.

Byt nebyl v idealnim stavu. To ze neni uklizeny majitelka inzerovala a proplatila nam vlastni uklid, bohuzel tim problemy nekoncily. V koupelne silne zapachal zachod, trvalo to nekolik dni nez jsme se ho za pomoci dezinfekce zbavili, nasledovalo cisteni odtoku ve sprse, ktery byl zaneseny vlasy. Ten pocit, ze je to misto trochu neciste a nefunkcni nam vadil daleko vic, nez ze vypada jinak nez na fotkach. Majitelka byla prijemna a snazila se situaci resit.
