Vila Florida - T2 close to the beach

Flat is spacious, like on the photos. However, some staff need maintenance or renovation. Overall our stay was good, but not perfect because of problems with internet, washing machine, sink, etc. All problems that can be fixed fast were fixed by landlord.
Flat is about 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min to supermarket and bus station.
Landlord is responsive and kind.
Susjedstvo
Quite, peaceful region. People usually go there for vacation or weekends.
