My name is Joana Villas-Boas. I am a IT free-lancer. My husband Nuno is an Engineer. We bought these 2 very old houses and we did a full renovation with the best materials and Isolation to rent for vacations and also short term rentals during the low seasons. We both love to be living in these 2 houses. One has 3 rooms and sofa bed the second the living room of the first floor, and the other has 2 rooms. They are one next to the other. Ideal for related people that want to live nearby. Now we need to have some return over our investment, so we have to rent them. I hope you will enjoy them as much as we do. I am writing this to you in the balcony of the house with the sun on my face and the sound of the birds around me. Its a great spot to work from home with great WIFI even outside! We love to be here because the neighbors are very friendly. There is a grocery store on the other side of the street that sells everything you can imagine, so we don't have to go to buy almost anything. The hand made bread is still delivered to the door and the fish from Sines too. We have rented the house in the summer months and our tenants had a great time and said they will come back. We also rent the other house but I will describe it in another Flatio offer.
