We really enjoyed our 5-week stay at Manesova 74. The apartment is roomy and has a well-equipped kitchen. There is plenty of space to spread out. The washer/dryer is great. Reasonable pricing was a plus. Manesova is a very quiet street, yet is close to many restaurants. Riegrovy Sady is very close and great for walking, and has a great hill for sunset viewing, as well as a nice beer garden. There is a nice Albert grocery within a few blocks. Many places are within walking distance, including the main train station, the metro, Namesti Miru, and Wenceslas Square. Our host was very accommodating to our needs. I would award them a 5-star rating. We will definitely try to book this apartment when we return to Prague.

The apartment was great and the host was easy to communicate with. I had no issues and I loved the apartment and neighborhood.

The location of the apartment is amazing. It is safe and quite. It is also very close to many restaurants and cafes. It is 5 minutes walk to Metro. There is farmers market in 3-4 minutes walking distance and also a wonderful park 5 minutes walk where you can watch the sunset. Eliska (the host) is amazing. She is very responsive and helpful. She helped me whenever I need something. I totally recommend this apartment.

I lived in Eliška and her husbands apartment for three months for my exchange to study in Prague for a semester. I’m so happy with my stay, the apartment is nice and spacious, located in the perfect area for a longer stay. The neighbourhood is beautiful and full of nice bars, cafes and restaurant. It is really easy and fast to get to the city centre, I mostly took the metro but sometimes I walked even though it is a bit of a longer walk. I would definitely recommend this place to others, I had a great experience in Prague and Eliška and her husband are nice and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The neighbourhood is very nice, the buildings are beautiful and the apartment is located right next to a nice park with a great view of the sunset. There are also a lot of good bars, cafes and restaurants in the area, not as touristy as in the city centre!

Cafefin is really nice for brunch, Kro kitchen has really good lunch and I loved Pho Vietnam for Vietnamese food, they have several locations both for takeaway and eating in.

The house is wonderful and is as described, the area is for me the best in Prague to live in, very close to green areas and restaurants, supermarkets.
I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to everyone.

Lokalita je perfektní. Byt je hezky zrekonstruovaný, ale je nesrovnatelně tmavší než na fotografiích a vzhledem k dekorativním světlům si není možné pořádně rozsvítit když potřebujete, do toho bylo několik žárovek prasklých což moc nepomohlo. V bytě ale byla špína, pod postelí nánosy vlasů a prachu, koberec a křesla planá drobků a vlasů, chtěla jsem si vyluxovat ale vysavač byl nechutně přeplněný takže nesál a smrděl, což je v bytě který nejde vyvětrat nepříjemná skutečnost...lednička i mikrovlnka byla uvnitř od zbytků jídla. Jak už někdo psal, nádobí by zasloužilo obměnu.

I already miss this apartment. Landlord was available and helpful. The location is great, quiet and peaceful. Nice and spacious as well as comfortable. I would re-visit this apartment without hesitation! Thank you!

Note that the Subway stop closest to the apartment is undergoing construction till end of October. The nearest stop is about a 12 minutes walk

The studio is nice and comfortable, with all the basic needs and facilities. I had a great stay there from the 1st day, really glad of this choice. Additionally, Eliska was very kind and always willing to help, thanks! I would recommend it 100% :)

It´s a fantastic location. In Vinorhady you will find a peaceful, quiet and homely neighbourhood, surrounded by parks and green zones. At the same time it is only 15 min walking to Wenceslao square and a few more to Prague Old Town, awesome! Tram stops are around the corner and Prague central station is at walking distance too. Best choice

The studio was fabulous! Great space, wonderful location. Some of the kitchen supplies could be updated or added to - pots with no handles, no Tupperware, only one cloth - but everything was adequate. It does mention this in the description, but there is no oven! Which I was surprised about, but shouldn't have been.
The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, everything was pretty clean when I arrived, and the laundry machine was a godsend. The overall space is pretty large for a studio!
For the most part, Eliska was a great landlord! Responded promptly, especially when the wifi was out for an evening, and when the hot water heater was not working for ~24 hours. She is kind and prompt!
There was a bit of a disagreement after checkout about the state of the apartment. I had chatted with her via WhatsApp about what the expectations were, but after I left she messaged me saying it was not up to snuff, although I had completed everything discussed in the WhatsApp. She was very kind throughout this whole process, but just an FYI to SCRUB everything down, take videos when you arrive and when you leave, and get a very specific list of expectations before you head out.
Overall though, definitely recommend this stay.

Vinohrady is a little quiet, but very clean and safe. There were multiple public transportation options available within a quick walk. The park nearby has a restaurant and was super lively when the sun was out!

The stay at Eliska Place in Prague was amazing, the flat is identical than the pictures, the neighborhood it's a really cool place with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars and 20' walking to the historical center of the City. Eliska keeps a good comunication and she makes sure everything it's going well. Thanks Eliska! If I go back to Prague I will definitely stay here again.
