The apartment I rented was listed with a washing machine but the first unit did not have one. After communicating with the landlord they quickly apologized and arranged for me to move to another unit the next day. Communication was prompt through the Flatio ap.
The apartment was sparsely furnished, the bed was very comfortable and better than most other rentals. A double set of sheets and towels were supplied in the closet and the bathroom shower was strong. The kitchen was set up with the basics. The mini split worked well. It was nice to open the large doors for fresh air when not using the ac. The walls and baseboards were beat in some areas.

Old town location 3 blocks from Torres de Quarte full of restaurants and shops. A few mini mercados around, an Express and a grocery store, Consume a few blocks away.

Consume, Express, A great vegan/veg restaurant on the corner K..... something? Good Italian restaurants in area.
Go to the Central Market! Great middle eastern stall selling prepared foods. Also Central Bar a pull-up bar in market is always packed.

The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of the city, but on a very quiet street. The place itself is clean, bright and has a nice bathroom. The owner was very cooperative and helped me move the dates after the airline cancelled my initial flight. The downside is that the master bedroom doesn't have AC, so it gets very warm at night. (There's a mini split in the living room only). Also even though it's listed as being fully equipped (for the kitchen) that was far from the case. To their credit, they did bring a few more things when I pointed out that I can't cut with a butter knife, but overall that part was still significantly lacking. I would urge them to stay a night or two at their flat, try cooking a normal meal, and see for themselves what's missing.
Overall it was a good experience though, and I would stay there again in the future.

Great location on a quiet street, nice comfortable flat, great bed and cotton sheets and towels. Kitchen missing a few things which we had to buy. Would definitely stay again.
