I had a wonderful stay in this appartement. I had everything I needed and the location was very convenient. Also, when I arrived, the appartement was very clean. Whenever I had questions, I could simply text the owner with quick response. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Eduoard was helpful and answered all questions that came up during my stay. The check-in and check-out process were both seemless and required no face-to-face interaction.

The apartment is well suited for long or short term stays. It is in close proximity to all amenities you need for daily life and is close to many highly rated restaurants and cafes. There is a metro station very close as well as a street tram on the corner.

The building itself is beautiful and this unit overlooks Karlin square with a view of the church, the TV Tower, and the national monument -- a beautiful place to enjoy coffee in the mornings or reflect.

I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking to explore the Karlin neighborhood of Prague itself.

Karlin has been undergoing extensive renovations for a few years and is home to many tech companies, start ups, and has an amazing food/coffee scene.

Quiet neighbourhood with lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
In front of the app there is a playground for children and a beautiful St. Chiril and Method's church that is always opend.
