Si, el control de los inquilinos. Este que he tenido, por ejemplo, tuve duda hasta que llegó. Un tipo raro, encerrado en su habitación todo el dia. Me dijo que iba a trabajar y visitar clientes. A parte unos dias que se fue a Londres, no se movió de casa. Menos mal que estaba en Barcelona para visitar España... un poco raro, pero la convivencia estuvo bien.

As a landlord, I love Flatio! I have done some searches for places to stay myself, and I wish that Flatio would not list as destinations countries or cities where Flatio does not have any listings at all, as I have spent some time clicking through to various regions or cities only to find that there are zero homes on the Flatio platform in that area (for example - Canada, Curaçao, or the Dominican Republic). Perhaps you could at least put the number of listings beside the destination name (even if the number of listings is zero), or make a section for future Flatio destinations to let owners who have properties in those regions know that Flatio would like to carry listings for those specific destinations. FYI there are some plum markets in Canada where short term vacation rentals are being regulated out of the market, leaving strong opportunities for mid-term rentals. Might be worth some marketing dollars! I'm doing my part to spread the word. Keep up the good work!

It’s in english and it “seems” to accommodate the nomad and covers the city but I’ve yet to validate this assumption. This is solely on the basis of being attracted to its promises.

After having had the unpleasant experience of being refused a flat in Salou on the pretext that the owner had the wrong period, knowing that I had travelled to the Salou region convinced that I would get the flat, it was a pleasant surprise to find that the rental in Ronda went smoothly with the owners being very friendly and willing to help. The Flatio service was smooth and normal.
