Great platform, very smooth booking process and clear communication. Everything went perfectly, no complaints at all!

I used Flatio for the first time and I am definitely surprised how good it is. Very fast and polite answers when I needed support. I think I will stop using the platform s I used for so long.

I appreciated the security of having a proper contract and the support from the Flatio team. When an overlapping booking issue occurred, they responded promptly, helped coordinate the situation, and made sure it was resolved fairly. That gave me confidence in using the platform. One area for improvement would be preventing overlapping bookings from happening in the first place, as relocating during a stay is inconvenient, even when compensation is provided. Overall, though, I had a positive experience and used Flatio again.

I liked the Flatio experience. It was simple and flexible, not adding a bunch of useless services only tagged on to justify high prices. The platform fee as a percentage of rent is reasonable for short stays and was overall quite affordable (a definite plus compared to some Competitors like Wunderflats for example that charge a flat fee for every rental and therefore are not very competitive for 1-month stays). Overall good experience. But the UI could be a bit prettier 😅

Quite expensive fees. I haven't had any problem with my accommodation, maybe it pays off better whenever you need protection.

I luckily didn't run into any major issues or disputes during my stay, so I didn't need to use any of those services. It was nice to be able to find an affordable and convenient place to stay for 2 months while having some safety against potential scammers, and I was only initially hesitant due to lack of reviews. The messaging system is a bit inconvenient to use compared to WhatsApp or other external platforms, and my communication with my host often veered away from the flatio messaging even before I booked. I was a little confused that I needed to perform the deep cleaning of the apartment before check-out, since I only got notified of this a few days prior. Perhaps I missed something, but it would be nice to have this presented at move-in so it can be discussed with the host. Some nice-to-haves: - some mechanism to show more results if their minimum/maximum stay durations are close. e.g. if I make a booking for 59 days, perhaps show that if I made the booking 60 days then these other options become available. I know that the flexible dates feature is already implemented, but this would be nice to have even if that is disabled. - back button on this form

Also I would appreciate: - To receive advices sometimes, how to boost the business - If the payment structure would be more simplified, understanding the amounts how correspond with dates - When somebody books my apartment, the days should not be blocked immediately - only marked - until he/she settles the payment

Flation provides a good service for apartments and are reasonably priced. Any time I contacted customer service they were able to sort out my issue. The only issue is the time it takes to get a response due to time zone differences. Can you reduce the service fee on your platform?

I found the Flatio platform very easy to use. The communication was clear and efficient, and all the instructions and emails were simple and well explained. This was my first experience with Flatio, and I was very happy with the whole process.

A bit expensive. You have no idea how much money you will actually get. The times of payouts are very weird. Don't fit at all with any expenses times you have as a landlord (utilities, taxes, other leases if you have) and the worst - you can not take a deposit. And the acta or smth insurance policy does not really fully protect you from things deppsit would. And the person who pays the deposit in cash, has a sense of "I need to take care good care of this place to get my deposit back" which is a strong physiological element. Also if one could pay a small fee of being published higher in the apartments list - that could be a good idea.

There are many good resultants in the area and good transportation options but I prefer to walk whenever possible for health reasons. Nothing for improvement

The service was very good and immediately responsive when I had an issue. I was able to reach them on the phone without long wait and exchange emails afterwards with the person (not AI). Only the Flatio fee could be lower for long-stays in expensive global cities.
