We give the highest possible rating for the service and customer support! Everything was absolutely excellent and professional. The communication through the website was great. They answered all our questions very quickly and helped us to contact the host immediately. We had zero problems with the booking process and customer service. I have rented on Flatio multiple times, and the process has been smooth; I have not had to reach out to Flatio for any concerns. I find that service fees can be quite high when renting for more than 1-2 months. Some sort of a cap may make sense for extended rentals.

As I mentioned earlier, the service was excellent. The only thing that could have been improved was ensuring that the right messages were sent to the right person. For example, I once received a message saying I had to vacate my flat due to a double booking, when in fact it was for a different stay. That gave me quite a shock.
