Please stop sending so many notifications! I am well aware when payments are due, my check-in/check-out dates, etc. Flatio is annoying in the frequency of email and SMS reminders.

Flatio platform is fine, but many landlords don't update their calendar - so you don't see actual available dates which leads to many declines in the process of searching a place.

Overall the services are great and your support staff was wonderful when I had a problem making a payment. I would have liked to been able to reply to the email notifications I got that I had a message from my landlord though. If I could have just replied to my notification of a message and had it recorded as a regular reply I could have responded much more easily.
