We rented these apartments and were very satisfied with our stay. It’s a perfect place for a couple or for solo travelers. Getting to the city centre is very easy, and there is public transportation nearby, so the location is excellent. You really don’t need a taxi or a car at all. The landlord is wonderful. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but the team resolved everything very quickly — the response was almost immediate. Highly recommended!

It was easy setting up and monitoring stay and messages through Flatio. I grew up in this neighborhood, so I knew exactly what to expect, and apartment and stay didn't disappoint.

Those phishing spam messages to all users were unacceptable

Flatio is a great platform for finding medium-term stays. It has good options and feels really safe since all the transactions go through the website, and there’s insurance just in case something goes wrong.

Služby perfektní. Překvapilo mě rychlé a bezproblémové vyřešení mé situace, které jsem opravdu nečekal. Flatio je skvělý portál, který má smysl a své místo na trhu. Děkuji za to. Velký dík patří i paní Evě, která mi, jako naprostému začátečníkovi, hodně pomohla s orientací a běžným chodem této služby.

Scam messages filtering should be performed on a per-message level. I've got several messages which seemed to be a scam, with different kind of links present inside the message. Maybe there could be a complete restriction for the messages containing URL links.
