I felt safe with Flatio because my previous landlord stole money from me from my deposit. With Flatio I did not think anybody would profit from my money again. I think flatio is the best option to rent a flat in Prague because the city is nice but full of scammers and people who like to profit from poor students.

I think there could be a bit more flexibility with the 3 rejection rule, especially for people like me who are renting a room in their own homes. Having the right fit is important in that case, and we should be able to be choose our tenant without worrying about having the ad turned off.

I like the fact that you have a human help desk, not an app , with already prepared answers offered ! Bravo for that! Inquiries from tenants easily slip through our overcrowded mailboxes. it should be improved. Carry out a stricter check on how many tenants intend to be in the apartment, and only with the consent of the owner of the apartment, and introduce that part into the contract.

It’s a great platform, unfortunately not that familiar so it raises the question of trustability a bit at first. One major improvement could be to have higher standards from the uploaded pictures from the landlords. Because they are often in low quality and bad angles.
