The application is terrible, it should be optimized for smartphones. There should be a part to set basic rules, and you should also make it understood for clients, that before payment they should not ask for the landlords phone number and put questions via the website's chatting tool.

translating the webpage and the lease contract to hungarian has some gaps. I would recommend improving that or turn hungarian off and use clear english. Also, there should be a better way to tell that I have occupied the apartment then emailing support

It is very protective of its tenants. Rules like a 7 day backup plan and 30 days cancel policy makes me feel safer to book a place. And secondly, there are no hidden fees.

Since you opened for 5 day stays, could you add 1 more rebate level, for 14 days. Just like there are rebate levels for 30 days, 3 months etc.

Good value, but it is important that you verify the internet conexión and set a minimum standard for landlords. The internet was unstable and low bandwidth. Very difficult situation for digital nomads.
